Fireye Logo New

  • Fully microprocessor-based integrated flame scanners with electronic self-checking
  • Two versions with solid-state detectors: 85UVF (295-340 nm) and 85IRF (830-1100 nm)
  • For continuous operation on oil and gas power & industrial burners, in power, refinery and petrochem lowNOx applications, including Duct Burners, incinerators
  • High discrimination capabilities in difficult multi-burner and multi-fuel environment
  • Internal flame relay with automatically set ON/OFF thresholds
  • FFRT 1 - 4 sec.
  • The scanner setup procedure during Learning Mode:
    -  the amplitudes of the target flame are automatically measured and stored
    -  optimum flame relay ON/OFF criteria are set and stored
    -  the appropriate sensor gain is automatically selected
  • Automatic aiming – function AIM
  • Advanced diagnostics: the Advanced Trip Diagnostic function allows detecting the cause of the scanner's termination, Trip Threshold Adjustment allows you to set thresholds for flame quality criteria: Average Amplitude, Power Spectrum Density, Best Fit, Peak-to-Median Ratio.
  • User Interface Module is password protected: pushbutton keypad and informative LEDs. These provide a continuous indication of flame signal, flame relay status, scanner status as well as the selected mode of operation. The keypad is used for setup and changing operating parameters
  • In case of possible scanner overheating, long distance to flame or tilting burner the fiber optic assembly is available
  • Supply 24 VDC/ 200mA
  • Outputs: Flame Relay NO, Fault Relay NC, 4–20 mA signal
  • Quick-disconnect: 8-pin of a screw type (basic scanner models)
  • Temperature rating -40 to +65°C, IP66
  • Explosion-proof version ATEX Ex II G/D
  • Approvals: FM, UL, DIN-DVGW, CE
  • Designed to meet Safety Integrity Level SIL-3  according to Exida FMEDA Report
