  • BurnerPROTM is a compact, microprocessor-based, primary flame safeguard control system
  • Provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition and flame monitoring for on-off, multistage, or modulating burners used in commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas
  • The BurnerPROTM  offers two built-in amplifiers, which allows for use in UV only, FR only, and UV+FR applications
  • Works with UV non-self-checking scanners UV1A, UV90L and/or with flame rod 69ND1
  • The FR amplifier circuitry is subjected to permanent self-checking - use in applications that require a burner cycle that runs for more than 24 hours. The UV amplifier has no self-checking - use in non-permanent run applications where burner recycle at least once every 24 hours
  • Seven SMART LED-s provides current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown  
  • Non-volatile lockout capability
  • Remote and local Reset
  • Real-time internal diagnostics for added safety integrity
  • Proof of fuel valve closure and air-flow proving
  • A run/check feature allows the operator to stop the program sequence in different positions (Purge, Ignition, PTFI and MTFI) for system troubleshooting

  • A complete BurnerPROTM system includes BP110/230 control, flame scanner (or flame rod) and wiring base
  • Supply: BP230 - 230VAC or  BP110 - 110VAC
