The electrochemical toxic gas detectors series GT3000 was designed to provide continuous monitoring of the atmosphere for potentially hazardous leaks of toxic gases: H2S, H2, NH3, CO, Cl2, SO2, NO2, H2 or oxygen depletion.
The transmitter circuitry is contained within the steel housing (GTX) generates a 4-20 mA output signal with HART that is proportional to the concentration of the target gas. The sensor module (GTS) is exchangeable.
The electrochemical sensor cell uses capillary diffusion barrier technology for monitoring gas concentrations in ambient air. When compared to solid state type sensors, the electrochemical sensing element provides improved accuracy, stability and reliability and can also extend calibration intervals.
Event and calibration logs are stored in non-volatile memory and are accessible using a UD10 or UD30, or HART.
Sensor transmitter equipped with the LED diode and magnetical switch allows the one-person calibration without the zone declassification.
Electrochemical sensor cell provides improved accuracy, high stability and reliability.
Detector GT3000: electrochemical sensor module and transmitter enclosure
The detectors can be paired with other Dettronics devices: transmitter U9500 Infiniti (obsolete), universal displays FlexVu® UD10 or UD30, R8471 controllers (obsolete) and loop addressable system Eagle Quantum Premier®.
They can also work with other devices able to read 4-20mA outputs.
